Job Description
As Education Director, Dr. Mobley coordinates the psychiatry curriculum between the six regional FSUCOM campuses and the main campus. As clerkship director, he plans and manages the psychiatry curriculum and training of third- and fourth-year medical students at the Pensacola Regional Medical School Campus. He is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences.
Biosketch
In addition to his positions with the College of Medicine, he serves as the Medical Director of Access Behavioral Health, the managing entity for the psychiatry carve out portions of the Medicaid health plans in Northwest Florida. He has consulting staff privileges at Lakeview Center, the local community mental health center.

B.S. in Zoology, Arkansas State University, 1974. Medical Doctor, University of Arkansas, 1979. Psychiatry Residency, University of Arkansas/Arkansas State Hospital, 1979-1983. Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, 1985.
