As Head of Scholarly Communications, Roxann Mouratidis provides guidance on open access publishing, institutional repository development, copyright, NIH public access compliance, and tools for evaluating and publishing digital scholarship. She also serves as Managing Editor for the College of Medicine's journal, PLAID: People Living with And Inspired by Diabetes.
