Martin Wood, MSLIS, AHIP is the Director of the Charlotte Edwards Maguire Medical Library at Florida State University. He also leads the Medical Informatics Education unit at the FSU College of Medicine.

In addition to these roles, Martin also serves as the Course Director for the Residency Preparation Boot Camp, as a member of the MD program's curriculum committees, as a member of the college's Continuous Quality Improvement committee, as editor and channel administrator for the open access journal Flagship: Medical Scholarly Proceedings, and as an editorial board member for Doody's Special Topics Lists.

Martin also represents FSU and the College of Medicine as the state representative to the Florida Virtual Campus Members Council on Library Services and the Council of State University Libraries.

Academic medical librarian with extensive experience in library leadership, medical informatics education, curriculum development, faculty development, collection development, and research in the fields of education, health, and social sciences.
