Job Description
As Assistant Dean, Dr. Taite oversees the day-to-day operations of the Office of Faculty Development at the College of Medicine.
Biosketch
Dr. Taite was the founding Director of Instructional Design and Media Production (now Creative Services) in August 2010. She was appointed the Assistant Dean of Faculty Development in February 2023. Her 25 years of experience in higher education includes teaching, developing curriculum, integrating educational technology, and directing service-learning programs. Dr. Taite enjoys working with other faculty to systematically design learning environments and instruction that effectively addresses students' needs.
