Cynthia (Cindy) Vied is involved in implementation of Next-Generation sequencing and Mass Spectrometry services.  She is responsible for the pipeline upstream and downstream of NovaSeq workflows. She has extensive experience in Next-Generation Sequencing sample prep and data analysis and provides consultation regarding project scope, design and implementation, as well as data analysis.
