Justine graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science. As an undergraduate, she worked for Drs. Terracciano and Sutin as a research assistant on their study that investigated the social, cognitive, spiritual and physical aspects of healthy aging. She was active in intramural sports and played a few seasons on the club soccer team. She also volunteered with Big Bend Hospice and as a high school tutor in math and science. After graduation, she worked as a medical scribe for a family practice physician, gaining valuable insight into the medical field. In her free time, she enjoys sports, the outdoors and playing with her dog. She is proud of Florida State's mission to create patient-centered physicians and hopes to exemplify that mission throughout her career.
