After the most competitive admission year yet for a full class, first-year students arrived May 26 to begin their medical careers. Among them were Stephanie Rolon Rodriguez (pictured at right), Andrew Kropp and Zedenna Fisher, who described their journeys into medicine.
Diplomas were handed out to the Class of 2015 on May 16. Read about students' awards, honor society inductees and speakers who talked about love and fear, success, responsibility and generosity.
The college has been working to expand expertise in depression and bipolar illness. This effort has been recognized by the National Network of Depression Centers, in part because of the work of Associate Professor Heather Flynn, who has been involved in clinical health research collaboration.
