Sutin nets $3.8M grant to study high-risk Alzheimer's population
People with Latino backgrounds have a 50 percent greater risk of developing Alzheimer's disease than non-Latino whites. FSU College of Medicine researcher Angelina Sutin received a $3.8 million grant from the National Institute on Aging of the National Institutes of Health to help find out why.
