Abigail Sanders
Health and Human Services Manager
Leon County’s Office of Human Services and Community Partnerships (HSCP)
Abigail Sanders is the Health and Human Services Manager for Leon County’s Office of Human Services and Community Partnerships (HSCP). She has worked with the County for four years and in her current role manages the County’s human service programs including the Community Human Services Partnership (CHSP) as well as the Primary Healthcare Program, which provides quality and cost-effective health services through collaborative community partnerships.
 
Abby earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) and a Master’s Degree in Planning at Florida State University. In addition to her current position with the County, Abby also serves on the Second Harvest of the Big Bend’s Emergency Food and Shelter Program Local Board which distributes federal funds to support and expand existing local programs that assist individuals and families who are currently or at risk of experiencing hunger and/or homelessness.

City of Tallahassee Human Services Division
Robyn Wainner is a Human Services Coordinator with the City of Tallahassee Human Services Division and has worked with the City for almost 6 years. She has her master’s degree in social work from the University of Vermont and has dedicated her career to strengthening families and communities. Prior to working with the City of Tallahassee, she worked for Step Up Savannah/City of Savannah in Savannah, GA as the Director of Financial Security and with Casey Family Services in Winooski, VT as a Community Liaison developing programs that assisted individuals to increase economic mobility.
