Kozel named Mina Jo Powell Chair in Neurological Sciences
Following a four-year search, Frank “Andy” Kozel has been named the Mina Jo Powell Endowed Chair in Neurological Sciences. He will serve as medical director of FSU BehavioralHealth at Apalachee Center.
