In a study published in the journal Nature Neuroscience, Professor Yi Ren explains how a natural immune system response may be the culprit. Her study points to an area where new research is needed in the search for effective treatments.

Thesla Berne-Anderson has been honored with Florida State's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Distinguished Service Award.
